Communication
The style I tested as was "Analytical". An example of my analytical style throughout my internship would be during one of my self-work days I chose to learn more about the history of my project to get a better understanding of what I could be doing in the project.

I think that the analytical style fits me best because I tend to analyze everything and I am very task driven. I always try to have something to do to keep occupied and when I am completing that task I try my best to get it correct the first time.

I think that one of my colleagues' communication styles is "Expressive" because they are very talkative and open with their emotions. They can express themselves more in our meetings and throughout general tasks as well.

LISTENING
Throughout my internship, I have learned many things just from listening to the things around me. Some things that I have learned are the different personalities of my team as well as facts and histories about the people that I work with and the projects that I am a part of.

Through all this listening I am managing to stay open to learning new things because you can learn so much more than you thought just by listening.

Based on my internship experience the active listening skills that come most naturally to me are attentiveness and summarizing because I am naturally attentive to the things around me. While those skills are easier for me I have a difficult time asking questions and requesting clarification as I do not like asking people things.
